Staff introduction and recruitment register:

  • Information provided by new jobseekers when submitting their application (first and last name, e-mail, telephone number and voluntary free-form CV and free-form personal letter).

5. Regular sources of information

Client and prospectus register: Information provided by the customer and information generated in connection with the service. Marketing register: The information is saved automatically when the user leaves their contact details or uses the www.finsideout.com service. Staff introduction and recruitment register: Information submitted by job applicants and staff introductions and information provided by the staff.

6. Disclosure/recipients of data

The data controller will not disclose personal data to other parties, unless so required by the authorities.
Only the employees of Finsideout Pvt Ltd, whose duties require the processing of information in the register, have access to the customer and prospectus register.
Access to the marketing register is restricted to a few designated persons whose duties require the processing of the information contained in the register.
Access to the staff introduction and recruitment register is restricted to a few persons whose duties require the processing of the information contained in the register. Such persons shall provide the necessary information to the prospective supervisor for interview.

The register is protected from access by third parties. Access to the register is protected by personal usernames and passwords. Users are bound by professional secrecy. Only the employees of Finsideout Pvt Ltd, whose duties require the processing of information in the register, have access to the register. Employees are bound by professional secrecy.

8. Rights of data subjects in the processing of personal data

The right to inspect the information
The data subject has the right to know what information about them is stored in the person register. The right of inspection is free of charge once a year, and upon request, the person must prove their identity either with an electronic authentication system using reliable identification (e.g. an electronic identity card), or visiting the office with an identity card, passport or other document issued by the authorities. Information will be provided in writing upon request. Personal inspection requests can be submitted to Finsideout Pvt Ltd’s offices.
Right to demand rectification of the information
The controller shall delete, correct or supplement inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated information on its own initiative or at the request of the person. A request for rectification must be made in writing.
Right to request deletion of data The data subject has the right to request the deletion of data. We will process the deletion request, after which we will either delete the data or provide a justified reason why the data cannot be deleted. The data subject always has the right to object to direct marketing by sending an e-mail to info@finsideout.com

Accounting material cannot be deleted before the expiry of the deadline.
