With her experience from CFO and VP Finance positions from companies such as Smartly.io and UpCloud Oy as well as her audit and M&A consulting background from PricewaterhouseCoopers, she brings in-depth industry expertise to your staffing and recruitment needs.
Currently based in Goa, India, Annukka oversees the recruitment of our skilled team members, ensuring your outsourced tasks are executed with best precision, efficiency and Finnish business acumen. Annukka travels frequently between India and Finland and acts as your contact person on all FinsideOut’s Accounting services.
Prashil Sajnani
Meet Prashil Sajnani, your bridge to successful outsourcing from Finland to India. With over 15 years of experience living and working between Finland and India, Prashil offers profound insight into Nordic business mentality, practices and communication styles,being able to bridge them with Indian workers and mindset. Having led multiple successful outsourcing projects from European countries
to India, including call centers, customer support, and outbound sales efforts of teams ranging anywhere from 2 to 250 employees, he is an expert in streamlining operations between European companies and Indian outsourced teams.
Prashil is skilled in bringing out the best possible efficiencies of the teams he is working with.
